I created a venmo account a while ago and did not save my password. Ive tried multiple times to reset however, nothing is working.
I believe the username ive used was japanesesingalong39@***.com but no luck.
But it may also be, nagijiro2007@***.co.jp, is if that is the case i no longer have access to this email.
If it was created via my old phone number 917855**** unfortunately change numbers as well.
the main reason why i am still trying to login is because i provide music lessons, and some of my other clients are still sending payments and i need to cancel those so they can resend via another platform. Being that i cant login i have no way of canceling the payment back to the sender please advise.
(FYI the number listed on this support ticket is my new number it will match the old number that was on the account )
