Your website is the worst one on line. Nothing works and customer service does not exist and signing up, logging on and getting help is not possible.

Impossible to get help from customer service.

Going into my account and could not the message was if the continues reach out to customer service, which I tried to do reach anyone on the phone. The automated response didnt have my issue listed, and when I tried to express my problem, it just took me to another automated Person that could not get help.

Tried reaching someone by phone could not reach anybody by phone so Venmo customer service certainly did not help whatsoever.

Reached out to some friends who suggested using my laptop to login and was finally able to resolve my issue myself. Very very frustrating.
