They charged me 43 cents on my account for a hotel that I did not even stay at, Then they turned around and took $75 out of my account from the same hotel ,that I did not stay at, and never stayed at,I filed a dispute; I spoke with 700 different people about this and no resolve they're only answer was to get me to verify my identity time and time and time and time again, They have since suspended my account, and they still have not given me back my $75 from the dispute. They suspended my account permanently !,for what reason I could not tell you, and are keeping my money, refusing to get back with me.
They told me that after 10 days, if they did not come to a decision, they would give me a provisional credit to my account. I have received nothing.!It's been over three weeks now, and they will not give me my money back.

Nothing can't get ahold of an actual person to help me with this problem. Y'all suck as a company.
I'm going to make sure I tell everyone not to use your app unless you send the money as a gift. How do y'all know my family isn't struggling waiting on that money? I'm not rich, and I did work for a guy on the side and had to use my money to buy his stuff because y'all held my money up. I'm still waiting.
This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. I wish someone there had a brain to look into my problem and fix it now.

Company absolutely serves no purpose. You run a risk even using it because guess what, you can't call anybody if something were to happen.
You can't; you gotta send them a text or something. You gotta wait back to summon them, or half of them don't even come to chat, so if you do have human beings working, they all need to be fired because they're useless bombs riding your clock. Everything over in Venmo needs to be fired, and if PayPal has anything to do with Venmo, I think both of those are scam companies because I just had a data breach, and they are running Venmo. Next time I need to do more research on these banking apps because this one is utterly useless and pointless, and it was a waste of space and time.
I don't recommend nobody ever use this app under no circumstances, especially not trust it with any of your money. And I rated this app and service -0.

I went to use my Venmo card to find out that it has been frozen because of a charge that it said it didnt have the funds for so I have to pay back $11 and something I wanted to make a dispute that that transaction was not put on my Venmo card. I wanted to try to put it on a PayPal card because I thought there was money on it, but there was no money on it so there was no transaction made tissue carnival on my Venmo card. I want it taken off in my card reactivated, please

Never use Venmo!! This is the worse company to deal with.
Nearly impossible to get to a live person. Email from company on October 28th, confirming my issue would be sent to another team with a response in 3 to 5 days.
I've never heard from them. Plus, if you reply to this email, you get a response that the mailbox is no longer monitored.
The phone number for Venmo - (855) 812-**** is no longer in service. I filed a registration request to support on October 28th and was told someone would fix my issue in a few days. No contact since.

My daughter deposited money to my account to pay her insurance, but I'm not able to transfer the money to my credit union. When I called, I was sent to teen debit card and then told to hang up. As I don't have a teen or a debit card, this was of no help.

Are you claiming someone stole your information and used your account to book a room fraudulently or you booked the room and there was some issue with the booking?
I'm saying I stay at a hotel called La Quinta inn, the charge in question says La Quinta motor inns on my bank statement, which is their previous name but they don't use it anymore ,and it's very rare that name will show up on a bank statement. every other charge from this hotel is on my bank statement as La Quinta inn ,baton rouge ,luckily, the guy at the front desk had noticed this ,also I paid cash on the day in question ,my hotel front desk manager has already spoken with venmo and told them there was no charge to my card on the day in question , they have done nothing but suspend my account and tell me that they can no longer offer services to me, as if I had done something wrong. So the answer to your question is I'm saying somebody is in my account or venmo made a mistake.
