I have changed my password several times to accommodate your errors. Now when I try to reset and put in the code that was texted to me, the screen goes back to the previous page; this continues to happen.

I was at Palazio Steakhouse & Cabaret, and my friend Jv asked me to tip cash $200 for his waitress, and he would Venmo me $250 for his waitress tip for the tab at the cabana. He knows me, and he even put a gift in the what-for box.
He said he would also send $500 to go to a wedding the next day (but didn’t). Then he started asking for $100 back out of the blue because I went home instead of keeping hanging out. He told me he was going to make a fake report claiming fraud—that he doesn’t know who I am, and it’s a fraudulent charge. I have text message logs with him showing he does know me, and he just wanted the money back to keep because I wouldn’t go spend more time with him at his place!
He started threatening me to take the waitress tip and lie that it was a fraudulent charge from no one he knows. Then he started asking for just $100 back, saying he won’t report the charge as fraud if I sent $100 back, trying to bargain with me, and I got so upset he would lie and steal. Unbelievably foul of him, so I went home when he knows he asked me to pay for his waitress tip.
He's a con artist, liar, and thief as I now see. I have the text log to prove it.

Disputed some transactions lost a couple, so I had to pay them back even though that company had refunded me the money. I didn't know you had to pay back refunds.
The merchant themselves overdrew my account for running my card when they shouldn't have even paid that back and fixed their mistake. However, Venmo claims they didn't. They claimed they gave me a provisional credit, which they had not. If they did, I don't know because my account was frozen and still is, even though the merchant and I have paid it back.
Before the premiere is saying that over my account, my account was unfrozen, so I had everything paid off, whatever they say. I owed from the lost dispute that was refunded; therefore, I shouldn't have even lost that case. They turned around and brought back up saying I still owed for it, even though I have more than enough evidence. It was already paid for and settled, yet my account has been frozen.
I have no access to it. I told them $83.24 has been put in that account that they owe me. It's funny how it went from 48 to 78, as you will see in the screenshot. I questioned what about the account recovery payments made.
What did those go towards?! They said the Fred Meyer debt. Not even possible because Fred Meyer's was way after those recovery payments were made. They refuse to pay my money.
They just want to argue with me.
I want to know if there's anybody out there who can give me advice on where to go for legal assistance if I want to sue them for all the time and stress they are causing me out of my day. I was just simply not wanting to pay me.

I had to dispute some transactions regarding order that I didnt receive from the grocery store. The grocery store accidentally ran my card instead of using the in-store credit which over drew my account.
Demo claims merchant never paid them yet the merchant saying they did. Venmo is also claiming.
I never paid even though it was paid back out of dispute money that I had won.. I lost a dispute which I ended up losing so I had to pay back the professional credit they had granted which I have no, my account is still in red for these transactions and they refused to fix it and they refused to pay me and they owe me that I shouldnt have even paid back to one because I would have one since the merchant themselves paid for it

- - Venmo canceled and reissued my debit card without request, locking funds.

I have had my Venmo account for years and have used it as my bank. I had my Venmo debit card linked to the delivery apps like DoorDash and Grubhub for payments.
One day, due to some 'glitch' in their system, they up and canceled my card and reissued another one, without me requesting anything like that. The problem with that is I now had to add a new virtual card to both delivery apps, and they put a 2-week hold on any new cards, so essentially I wasn't able to access a dime of my money during that time. Then I never received the card they sent, that I never asked for, so I had to request another new card. Now I wasn't able to add the virtual card to Google Pay, so that I could at least have a way to pay for things until I received the card in the mail.
But I wasn't able to do that; I kept getting an error. I tried sending my balance to a friend so he could use his ATM to withdraw the money because I needed gas for work. I wasn't able to do that either. I tried adding a card to Venmo so I could transfer the balance.
I wasn't able to do that either. So essentially, they blocked every possible way to use my own money. I called customer support and was told it was a security error and they were not able to override it. That's after I sent in my driver's license and a picture of me holding my driver's license, so the security issue should have been lifted.
I asked to talk to a supervisor who did absolutely nothing to help the situation but proceeded to talk over me and offer no solutions other than I would have to wait. It's my money! Why should I have to wait to use my own money when it was Venmo that created this entire situation? Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
I want my balance transferred to another card because I need gas for work, and then I want my account closed. I am done with a company that cares so little about the financial turmoil they put customers through, and then their failure to provide any assistance whatsoever.

First Venmo stated that the account is no longer valid. That is a lie.
I have used the account to pay to other individuals. Now you deny my transferring of funds, $200.00 to my bank account. Then you won't let me access the account using the correct password through email. The Bank number ending in 4668 is correct.
You need to verify your system, ensuring that who ever imputed the information in your system didn't goof and allow for the transfer of funds to my bank account.. Why would you be denying this when I have used it time and time again. I chose a different way to access the account instead of my phone number for you to message me. I used my e-mail.
You still denied me access.
Fix this right now or I will hold you accountable for theft by deception and/or embezzlement as you have not credited my bank account as should be. There is No reason to say the account is not valid.
