Fraudulent charges
Every single time I end up with fraudulent charges on my Venmo account, which has been about a dozen times now, it makes me reset my password like eight times and it never works! So, now, I can’t get into my account or access their chat feature, which is useless anyway for reporting a dispute or fraudulent charges.
And their 24-hour phone number that's listed online is 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, tells me to call back at 8 AM Central Standard Time, which is 9 AM on the East Coast where I am. This is unacceptable. PayPal and Venmo are *** poor at customer service and security.
Unacceptable. Bet, if I could give them zero stars, they would have -10.

They charged me 43 cents on my account for a hotel that I did not even stay at, Then they turned around and took $75 out of my account from the same hotel ,that I did not stay at, and never stayed at,I filed a dispute; I spoke with 700 different people about this and no resolve they're only answer was to get me to verify my identity time and time and time and time again, They have since suspended my account, and they still have not given me back my $75 from the dispute. They suspended my account permanently !,for what reason I could not tell you, and are keeping my money, refusing to get back with me.
They told me that after 10 days, if they did not come to a decision, they would give me a provisional credit to my account. I have received nothing.!It's been over three weeks now, and they will not give me my money back.

I linked a visa card to the account, and they locked me out of it. I get paid tomorrow, and I need to have it.

Venmo no contact with real person all Ai directions fail
Tried many times with Venmo bot to resolve the issue, just kept sending me in circles, and I have $2,501.00 in limbo. It may not be all of Venmo's fault, but now I'm facing eviction and much more.
I need those funds and recommend not to use Venmo. Sincerely, Lee Myers.

I am new to this. It wasn’t ever about $40.
I called. I’ve written several times and no avail. I have my paycheck now coming into this for the first time and I need help because I pressed the instant button when I *** and no one can help me so I’m going to switch banks.
No one even bothered to call me back and they told me it would be 15 minutes. It’s been two days.
I called someone from the company was supposed to call me back and I never got any response. I still have two unresolved issues. I was supposed to get a call back from a live person and speak with them and so far Im still waiting.

Can't send money
- - Cannot send money since Saturday.
- - Added a debit card and tried sending a request; still failing; customer service could not be reached.
This is ridiculous been having this problem since Saturday. I cannot send money.
I have added a debit card tried that. I have had someone send request that didn't work I have stopped trying gave it 24 hours just tried still won't let me. I need for this to work!
I tried calling ur customer service. What a joke can never get someone on the phone.

Could not cash a check
Every time I try to cash a check, it messes up. It either won't take a picture or just goes blank. Why do I keep on trying?

I've been waiting a week to get my issue resloved

I was just scammed out of $965 by someone saying they were from VENMO. Cannot get ahold of a live person to talk to about it except the scammer. I am so pisssed.
